Joy is responsible for the Global^MROnline business across Europe and NA regions. Joy has been with Global^MROnline right from the starting and has been involved in all the online marketing/advertising partnerships, strategic relationships and the company's strategic vision.

Joe is responsible for all of the functions involved in Operation execution. This includes managing Global^MROnline's Client Operations staff, ensuring adherence to Global^MROnline's quality standards, designing and implementing process improvements - both locally and globally, and providing high-quality services and deliverables to clients. He is also a member of Global^MROnline's Leadership Team.
